Engineering Excellence is an annual design competition that recognizes engineering achievements which demonstrate the highest degree of merit and ingenuity. For more than 40 years, hundreds of consulting engineering firms have entered their most innovative designs in state competitions.

THe "Call for Entry" Rules Should become available Summer 2008.

Bring public attention to the outstanding engineering services provided by Oregon (or Clark County) consulting engineering firms through services to clients, state, and society by entering ACEC Oregon's Engineering Excellence awards competition.

ELIGIBILITY  Any firm with an office in Oregon (or Clark County), whether an ACEC Oregon member or not, engaged in the private practice of consulting engineering, is eligible to enter the contest.

TENTATIVE DATES for 2009 ENTRIES Projects entered in the competition may have been executed anywhere in the world. Studies and Research (Category A) or Surveying and Mapping (Category D) must have been publicly disclosed by the client between November 1, 2006 and October 31, 2008. Construction of projects (Categories B through I, with the exception of D) must have been substantially completed and ready for use between November 1, 2006 and October 31, 2008.
