2017 Salary Survey Results &
ACEC Retirement Trust Info Breakfast

Join us as TRUEbenfits and Archbright share information on current trends gleaned from the 2017 ACEC Washington & ACEC Oregon Salary and Benefits Survey. You’ll get valuable information on how the economy has impacted Northwest engineering firms’ compensation practices and benefits programs over the last 12 to 24 months.

TRUEbenefits is a leading Northwest employee benefits consulting firm. Archbright has a long history of managing compensation and benefits surveys.

Additionally, learn about the ACEC Retirement Trust. The RT is offered exclusively to ACEC member firms. This comprehensive retirement plan solution has over 260 member firms nationwide, approximately 16,000 participants and over $1.6 billion in plan assets [1].

The discussion will cover topics such as:
  • Greater fiduciary protection for individual plans
  • Cost effective administrative and recordkeeping
  • High-grade investments at fees unavailable to individual firms
  • Innovative participant education resources
  • More frequent detailed review and reporting without tying up your internal resources
Depending on your firm's circumstances, the ACEC Retirement Trust could substantially lower your participants' fees, broaden their fund selection, improve your participants' retirement outcomes, and allow you to reallocate more of your administrative hours to operating your business and maximizing profits.
