The Legislative Committee is already planning for the upcoming 2009 legislative session.

Priorities include:

  • Work to pass priority legislatiion
  • Transportation funding
  • Play defense, oppose legislation detrimental to ACEC Oregon member firms
  • Protect QBS (Qualifications Based Selection)
