Membership Information
Membership Eligibility (according to ACEC Oregon Bylaws): Membership in ACEC Oregon shall be limited to and held in the name of duly organized and constituted consulting engineering firms. The criteria includes the following:

1) Prospective Member Firms must be sole proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations licensed to practice engineering;

2) The prospect must engage in the practice of engineering (defined as rendering counsel and service to clients for a fee) as the principal activity, and there must be no conflict of interest;

3) The prospect must maintain an office (or offices) within the State of Oregon or such adjacent areas (i.e., Clark County) as the Board of Directors may approve; and

4) The prospective Member Firm must have consulting engineering activities under the responsible charge of a registered professional engineer.

Membership is corporate (vs. individual) and our dues structure is based on your firm's total number of full-time employees in Oregon (and/or Clark County). For new members we are pleased to offer our special dues incentive program which will reduce your dues by two-thirds the first year and by one-third the second year, with full dues applied the third and subsequent years. Also, dues are prorated if you join midway through the fiscal year and may be paid quarterly. ACEC Oregon membership also includes membership in the national American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) in Washington, D.C.
