ODOT A&E Full Service Price Agreement Usage
(February 29, 2016)

ODOT has released a memo related to the existing Full Service Price Agreements that were executed in 2013. (See link to the memo, below.) ODOT is rapidly approaching the collective $100 million cap that was included in the original solicitation. As a result, ODOT will not be releasing any new Mini-Solicitations under that Price Agreement. New RFP’s will be released through ORPIN until new Full Service Price Agreements are put into place. ODOT is currently working on the Request for Proposals for new the Full Service Price Agreements as they reported to the ACEC/ODOT Liaison Committee in January.

RFPs will go out through ORPIN (open solicitation) rather than through the simpler Mini-Solicitation process (that have been going to the 16 firms on their Full Service On-Call list).
