This is our biggest event of the year and not to be missed! Early registration is encouraged.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Table of 8 - $1,450
Individual seats - $180 per person

SPONSORSHIPS:

Gold Sponsor - $4,000 - One table of eight (8) near the front of the room, two bottles of hosted wine, firm logo on event web page and in registration materials, acknowledgment in printed program, firm name/logo included in pre-dinner slideshow.
Silver Sponsor - $3,000 - Eight (8) drink tickets, firm logo on event web page and in registration materials, acknowledgment in printed program, firm name/logo included in pre-dinner slideshow.
Bronze Sponsor - $2,000 - Firm logo on event web page and in registration materials, acknowledgment in printed program, firm name/logo included in pre-dinner slideshow.
Photo Booth Sponsor - $700 - Your firm name and logo will be on a large easel next to the Photo Booth, and on each 2x6 photo strip.
Lanyard Sponsor - $500 - What better way for your firm to display your name and logo than to have each attendee wearing it! You must provide the lanyards.
Table Centerpieces Sponsor - $300 - Beautiful handcrafted local artisan-made "literary lights". Your firm name and logo will be on tent cards next to each centerpiece on every table!

Cancellations must be received on or before the registration deadline (above). Sorry, we cannot process refunds after this date.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
It is the responsibility of registrants to let us know in advance of any special meal requirements.
If it is a last minute request, Embassy Suites will do their best to accommodate it, but there is no guarantee.

WHAT IS ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE?
The Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) is an annual design competition that recognizes engineering achievements which demonstrate the highest degree of merit and ingenuity. The awards competition spotlights engineers as problem-solvers. For more than 50 years, hundreds of consulting engineering firms have entered their most innovative designs in state competitions.

A panel of judges selects the best engineering projects of the year based on criteria such as original or innovative application of new or existing design techniques; social, economic and sustainable design considerations; complexity, etc.

These projects attest to the continuing impact ACEC Oregon firms have on the quality of life in Oregon, southwest Washington and throughout the world.
