WHAT IS THE LDG and WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
The goal of the LDG (Leadership Development Group*) is to create opportunities for ‘Future Leaders’ to engage in ACEC and build a foundation for future leadership within individual companies.
*All are welcome to participate, regardless of years of experience or position in firm!

PICTURED ABOVE: The LDG presented an educational program, "Help me help you: What goes into making a good team?" in October (2013). The panel discussion featured a marketer and an engineer from a firm that is usually a sub-consultant (DKS Associates), and a marketer and engineer from a firm that is usually a prime (Parsons Brinckerhoff). The conversation revolved around how marketing and technical staff work together to pursue proposals, conduct business development and attend conferences.
