This computer rendering, above, illustrates the finished selective water withdrawal facility as it looks above and below water.
  • The floating top structure has 5 feet of freeboard, and is in 270 feet of water
  • The flow conduit connects the top structure to the bottom structure with a maximum hydraulic capacity of 14,000 cubic feet per second.
  • The bottom structure is anchored to the lake bottom joined to the existing powerhouse intake.
