Diversity & Inclusion
- Work to ensure ACEC Oregon is an association that is welcoming to all people; provides opportunities for involvement by all members and encourages greater diversity and participation by underrepresented people within the organization and throughout the engineering industry.
- Be a resource across the association and assist ACEC Oregon committees in adopting practices that support diversity and inclusion, including how committee members are selected.
- Provide resources and programs to member firms related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Identify barriers and opportunities for improving diversity and inclusion at a company and an individual level.
- Develop a biennial workplan with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals.
