As HR Services Partner for Alera ConnectHR, Lindsay works with business leaders across the Pacific Northwest to identify and implement solutions for the unique HR needs of each organization. With a background in Human Resource Management, she has experience advising executives on a broad spectrum of workforce demands, including compensation, hiring, performance management, policies and handbooks, compliance, and HR systems. Lindsay received her Human Resources Management certificate and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
