Aanya has a thoughtful and strategic approach in working with employers in their ability to prioritize their most important resource, their human capital. She has most recently spent her time working with employers to optimize their pharmacy plans in an expensive, complex and challenging environment. She relies heavily on her foundation of finance, and her focus on helping clients manage their people, she provides balanced, thoughtful and strategic consulting. She is excited to bring her consulting and pharmacy experience to her client’s to design best-in-class benefit strategies, while ensuring members are never overlooked.

Thomas helps employers develop and lead highly engaged and productive workforces. As the Head of Client Engagement at Wilson Albers, an Alera Group company, he heads a team of employee benefit, retirement plan, and HR professionals all focused on collaborating with their clients to achieve their workforce goals through smart, well-executed employment strategies. As a Lead Compensation Consultant, Thomas provides executive and compensation consulting services to clients in the northwest and beyond. Thomas is a Certified Compensation Professional and SHRM Certified Professional and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Oregon.
