What we are seeking We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer for our Portland office to assist with the delivery of high-profile roadway and other public works improvement projects. The successful candidate will work well in a team environment, communicate effectively, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements	Responsibilities: Design and plan preparation for roadway improvement projects, including plan and profile, general construction, stormwater management, and other public utilities. Coordinate designs with subconsultants and other vendors. Prepare project bid schedules; quantity and unit cost estimates. Prepare technical reports and project specifications. Review contractor submittals and RFIs. Assist in construction management. Mentor entry level staff. Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and clients. Education, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 4-7 years of experience in roadway design. Licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon, or ability to obtain within 1 year. Proficient in the use Microsoft Office products. Microstation and InRoads and/or OpenRoads expertise is required. Experience with delivering projects for the Oregon Department of Transportation projects is highly preferred, but not necessary.
