INTRODUCTION

The Mechanical Staff Engineer position in any of our three offices will be a foundational position in the Mechanical group and will help Windsor deliver a World-Class Client Experience.  We are especially looking for energetic, positive team members who take ownership of their work, exhibit the right attitude, and have a desire for constant improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Lead projects as assigned

• Responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)

• Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long -term relationships

• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)

• Able to effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group

• Able to effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget

• Mentoring/training of junior team members

• Responsible for quality and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)

• Develop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines

• Coordinate with other disciplines

• Complete site visits
